请教大家，还没revise过，就出现decision in process，是吉是凶？
我印象是这个顺序
submitted to the journal
with editor
under review
under editor evaluation
revise
under review
reqired review completed
decision in process
这次没revise就decision了，感觉不祥啊。是我想多了么？

这个看刊物，也看审稿人。我的经验最快10天，最慢等过5个月。
