第一次投SCI，阅读Instructions to Authors时有两点不太确定，请过来人指教：
1.  The figures and tables should not be embedded in the text document, but should be included as separate files。——请问这句话是什么意思？麻烦具体点解释。
2. Author will be required to bear the full cost involved in their printing and publication. The charge for the first page with color is $900. The next three pages with color are $450 each. ——我的文章中有一个彩图，但是不想交这项费用，怎么办？
