2015年期次已经排满了，如果文章已被accept，只能排在2016年出版。

很明显，编辑说2015年的所有版面都已经排满了，，你的文章肯定可能在2015出刊，，而他还说了may not come in 2016 不知道他的意思是不是2015接受的文章已经把2016年的版面占满了，因而你的文章很有可能不会在2016出版，，，

一般期刊会有出版量的限制，可能今年接受的稿件已经超过了2015的出版量，剩余期次的文章数已经排满了，所以你的文章要放在2016年出
