关于signed concurrence letter的问题。
事情是这样的。最近完成的一篇论文,但是之前改过作者。小修完后编辑部发来邮件通知所有作者去确认修改作者,中间有个作者因为比较忙忘了。。现在编辑部单独给他发了个邮件。具体如下:
We must have a signed concurrence from all authors (including any who were removed) stating the new author order, the justification for the change, and that each author is in agreement.
The signed concurrence letter may be scanned and returned by email to aipadv-edoffice@aip.org. Alternatively, the corresponding author may send an email to all authors, stating the desired author order, the justification for the change, and requesting that each author respond back to the corresponding author indicating approval of the new author order and copy the editorial office.
请问这是什么意思。那个signed concurrence letter 怎么写。还有后面的通讯作者给大家发邮件干啥,我们都是一个实验室的。
