之前投了一个杂志，一周被拒，理由是不符合杂志范围，10天之前又重投了一个杂志，今天收到回复，又是拒绝，没有信心了，请大家看看编辑给的建议，这是没有审稿直接拒绝的吗？是不是认为质量太低啊？
