不知道我的文章是不是被拒了

The contents of your paper were carefully checked by the journal Editors. Unfortunately the results presented in your article are not of sufficient novelty and scientific significance to warrant publication in HC. It was therefore decided not to initiate the peer review process. I regret to inform you that we cannot offer publication of this work in HC.
PROBLEMS:
This manuscript reads like a bad student report and it's written in bad English. Numbering scheme of compounds is very strange, starting with 2 instead of 1, and then after # 6 the numbers are 16 and so on.
Thank you for considering HC for publication.

嗯 悲剧了 文章创新性不足，且写作上不规范 建议补充实验，更重要的是找一些英语比较好的且发过sci的帮你把把关

这就是期刊主编发来的文稿的拒绝信。说你的文章像一个差生的报告，英语水平也很蹩脚。另外文中编排混乱，图标的标号直接从图2开始而没有图1；图6后就是图16，等等。
