论文投给了两个期刊Information Sciences、User Modeling and User-Adapted Interaction，被拒得非常迅速（几天之内就被拒了）。理由也大致相同，都是论文研究内容不在期刊范围内。
我就想问一个问题，论文被拒的原因：
1.我写的不够好，期刊委婉地拒我；
2.真的不符合期刊的发表范围。
以下是期刊回复的邮件原文：
1.While the topic of your paper is interesting, it is not very well suited for the scope of UMUAI as outlined above.
2.The content of the submission has been carefully assessed and it has been found the paper is out of scope of INFORMATION SCIENCES. We are concerned that we will not be at position to fully disseminate your findings; you may wish to consider some other more suitable journal.
顺便说一下，其实投这两个我也没太打算中，就是希望对面审一下我的稿子，我能获取一些审稿意见。
