The XPS fitting is open to question, in a number of cases quite small peaks are fitted where it is not clear that they are meaningful. What is the error bar on the fitting? How does it compare to some of the results presented?

我做的是ex-situ XPS，把一堆平行数据放到了一起，对每个图中同一个物种定了峰位置和半峰宽，进行了拟合，并通过峰面积说明了各物种在一个样品中的比例。
由于实在是没见过XPS的error bar，各位虫神有没有见过相关的文献，或者能告知小女如何做这error bar?
还有，对于XPS来说，有峰不就应该保留吗？峰面积较低就得删除吗？审稿人说的not meaningful是不是这个意思呢？ 返回小木虫查看更多
