Elsevier这个状态不知道该怎么理解

编辑的邮件是这样说的：
The reviewers have commented on your above paper and have suggested changes that might improve it. Whilst I am happy to accept the paper as it stands, perhaps you would like to consider making the changes that the reviewers have suggested (included below).
请问这个是必须得修改还是不修改也行？
