论文经过两轮修改，目前技术审查已通过。
由于编辑部要求修改英文，我们认真修改之后，又找了一位国外同行帮忙润色，但仍然未能达标。
编辑部回复如下：
Dear Author:
  Many thanks for submitting the revision of your manuscript. However, we find that the writing of your paper needs further improvement.  

  Your paper must be edited by a professional editor and be improved to the level demonstrated by our editing; otherwise, it will not be accepted by our journal. In particular, your paper must be improved in terms of writing accuracy, clarity, sentence structure, grammar, style, coherence, readability, etc.

  Please note that your manuscript will not be accepted until it meets our standard of not only technical but also writing quality.

然后，编辑部帮忙找了a reliable professional editor提供润色，但要价800美元，同时说：
This US$800 is independent editor's fee, and nothing to do with our journal.

这个价格太贵了，远高于英文润色公司约300美元的报价。想自己找专业公司润色，又担心编辑部最终还是不通过。
