1.your institutional email address。是指个人的学校 邮箱么？  
  指工作用的邮箱，应该是学校给的。不能用163，gmail之类的。



2.your institutional web page。

系的网页和学校网页，最好给出你们导师网页

3.a list of your previous publications。我以前发的论 文都是中文核心的，怎么办？ 谢谢大家！

告诉他们，只要中文的，列出，给出英文摘要就可以。

人家没听说过你们学校，所以，要这么详细。

你的文章应该有你导师的名字？  国外一般情况下，不让学生直接投文章 ...

带了导师名字，文章接收了，只是突然发邮件要求补充信息。另外我们学校网页里也找不到导师的介绍。而且邮件里貌似只要我一个人的信息，问题里没有写完整，完整的邮件如下：While checking your co-authors' data for verification, we were not able to find any academic history for you.
