In the last few years there has been a large increase in the type of different topics published in JALCOM making its scope too broad. For this reason it was decided to strongly limit the type of topics of JALCOM articles. Papers that fall outside the present scope include papers dealing with welding and bonding because they appear to be of limited interest to the general readership of this journal.  For this reason I suggest that you submit your papers for publication to another scientific Journal with a more suitable scope like Sci. Technol. Weld. Join., Welding, J. Mater. Process. Technol.or Metall. Trans. A.
