论文从投稿到现在一共九十多天了，中间经历两次大修和一次小修，本以为小修后提交就没问题了，可是今天却收到了JAP拒稿，原因如下：

Both referees indicated a marginal level of this work. There is also an unsettled issue with applicability of considered conditions (particularly, current density) with realistic conditions of space environments. Nevertheless, taking into account the complexity of the issue and efforts undertaken by the authors to resolve it in the paper and in correspondence with the 2nd reviewer, I recommend to transfer this paper to AIP Advances.

我想问的是JAP编辑有这么大的权利吗？如果要是拒稿你应该当初就应该把我给拒了，何必要等到小修后在拒稿啊， 今天我已经给那边写了信回复，不知道会怎么样，老外会听咱解释吗？现在心情好沮丧，真是干啥都没劲了，求虫友支招！ 返回小木虫查看更多
