The paper could be of interest to be published. However regarding reference [16], made by two of the authors, this reviewer has some doubts about the real new work presented.
The title of reference [16] is: “Study of Nonlinear Dynamics of Rotor-Bearing System coupled with a Floating Raft Isolation Device”.
It is no clear the new ideas and work presented in this proposal in relation to the previous one of ref [16].
The author should explain the new work presented in addition to the previous paper.
