origin 三维图 该如何绘制

我在convert to matrix的时候,选择了direct时,并没有获得所需的matrix,(可能是我方法有误),仅有三列数据,这明显是做不了云图的。
然后选择的xyz gridding,虽然能生成matrix了,但是,他好像是默认生成了一个矩形边界,并不是实际的边界形状。
怎么样才能按照我的数据绘制出三维图:像matlab画出的这样,谢谢大家。
