投稿Electronics Letters ：我第一次提交了个PDF，他们回复要求上传LaTeX文件，于是我又上传了LaTeX和与之相应的eps文件，又收到回复说LaTeX文件模板过旧，还给了网址让下载最新的，我按照他们给的网址下载LaTeX，结果发现个原来我下载的LaTeX一样，以下又编辑回信部分内容
