"Please include your measured concentrations in your updated manuscript or there is a good chance that it will be rejected during the first round of review.  If you feel measured concentrations are not required in this case, you will have to provide a very solid case in the body of your paper and within your response to the editor.   
In addition, your paper must specify the QA/QC procedures used, the analytical limits of detection and quantitation and the operating parameters of analytical instrumentation. The latest measurement techniques using chemical-specific separation and detection are also expected.  These data are required or there is a good chance that your paper will be rejected during the first round of review."
