1.这本杂志不是收费期刊，IF1.38，在地学期刊里不算很低。有虫友担心我被骗钱，谢谢大家关心！
2.有些虫友说，receive只代表收到稿件，而且Comments里也说了英语润色达到要求之后才能送审，但是Elsevier系统里的的确确显示稿件状态为minor revision，难道送审之前也会出现这状态。

下面是编辑的信(XXX, Editors decision, revise ):

Should you wish to resubmit you should explain how and where (i.e. by giving line numbers) each point of the reviewers' comments has been incorporated. For this, use submission item "Revision
Notes" when uploading your revision. Also, indicate the changes in an annotated version of the revised manuscript (submission item "Revision, changes marked&quot. Please follow the order "Revision Notes", "Revision, changes marked", "Manuscript", etc.
If you choose to revise your manuscript it will be due by

但奇怪的是，后面的审稿意见只有下面的内容，好像意思是说文章英语水平还没有达到审稿要求，还没有进入审稿流程？到底是什么情况？另外Elsevier里的状态又的确是minor revision？求大侠指教！
