SCI审稿意见返回，编辑给了revise， 一个审稿基本拒了，一个小修，改后拒稿可能大不？
如题，第一次投，一个审稿意见：
1. The literature review part of the manuscript is very limited, and missing some fundamental papers written in this topic. I strongly advice authors to refer the existing literature for further understanding.
2. The manuscript does not add value to the existing literature. In fact, there are papers which have dealt with lot more complexity than this manuscript.
另一个小修，编辑给的是revise，创新性有，但是并不是大的创新，怎么才能让第一个专家满意？改后投退稿可能性大不？

文献综述部分局限性太大，一些重要的类似文献没有引用，建议多搜索阅读相关重要的类似文献，并加以引用。
个人推测，很可能这个审稿人的文献没被引用到你的文稿里，建议按照要求修改引用文献。
2. The manuscript does not add value to the existing literature. In fact, there are papers which have dealt with lot more complexity than this manuscript.
没有对现存相关文献的价值进行评价；还有别人做的相关研究工作比楼主的要复杂些，或许创新性更好。
个人认为中的几率还是很大的。注意文献引用，注意在客观评价别人工作的基础上，着重阐述自己的工作的必要性和创新点，
编辑既然给了修改，那就代表有机会，好好改改应该是没有问题的。祝好运
给修改就有机会，认证修改，终有回报！
机会比较大。一般修改后，第二个Reviewer会同意录用，然后第一个Reviewer会给你一个小修（前提是你认真的修改去扩充文献的引用和突出文章的创新工作），在此修改后，一般会Accepted. 只是过程可能会长一点，只要耐心，结果总会是好的，加油！
