1- some information about HeLa cells must be added to introduction 在前言增加Hela细胞的基本信息描述
2- what about response time 传感器的响应时间是多少？加到结果讨论里
3-what about the repeatability 你这个方法重现性如何？ 加到结果讨论里
4-statistical studies is missed in this paper 文章中增加统计研究。加到结果讨论里
第四个意见，不知道是不是让你做 你这个方法跟已有方法的比对分析？
第三个问题我理解为让我做error bar，可是真的是不知道是什么意思
