地沟油制取肥皂
摘要：本实验以地沟油为原料，采用水解法制取肥皂。主要对地沟油，经过一系列脱色除杂，与碱进行的皂化反应进行研究，需确定皂化反应的最佳反应温度、反应时间、加入碱的量。采用正交实验法考察碱的加入量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对制备的肥皂的收率的影响。以收率及产品性状为考察指标得到的最优反应条件为：氢氧化钠用量V=10mL，反应温度T=80℃，反应时间t=1h，在该条件下收率可达81%。

Summary:this experiment is to work up the drainage oil into soaps via hydrolyzing process. Mainly reaserch on the proper reactiion temperature, time, and the in-dose of alkali in the saponification reaction as the drainage oil who has went through a series of decolorization and removal of impurity reacting with alkali. Observing the effects of the alkli dose, time and temperature on the influence in the yeild of soaps(Ys). Applied the Ys and traits of products as two index. The best reaction condition is: NaOH＝10ml, Temperature＝80℃, Time＝1h, while Ys will up to 81％.
