首先，如果只是投稿时选这个，那没关系，等到审完提交修改稿的时候，把Open Acess这个点掉换了就行，不影响。如果是已经提交了修改稿，那就等Proof时在跟编辑说明情况，可参考下面我当初的例子：
Dear xx,
I am very glad to receive your email which attached the poof of our article (JMAD-5494). But before I finish my correction, I have a question to ask:
　Since there is no budget for publication fee in our research, I cannot afford to pay for the publication fee to provide “Open Access”. So we have to choose the other choice of “Subscription” in publishing our work before we check the proof and sign the 'Journal Publishing Agreement'of the paper.
　I am very sorry for the inconvenience that may cause, and I hope the above change can be accepted before the paper is officially published. Thank you very much for your consideration.
