Here are some points that involved in this part:
A: Some people said they changed their jobs in 2012,and wish they could buy a new house and get married in 2013
B:A girl thought that friendship is important to her, she summarized that we should treated our friends sincerely and thought it's worth it in 2012.Good luck to her.
C: Some others hope that they could find true love in New Year, and wish our friend around us healthy.
D: A boy said that seeing the ocean was  his dream  in 2013 and whatever happened, we should calm down and face the things bravely and never give up with ease.

We should take exercise to build up resistance to disease.
4. 仰卧起坐是锻炼腹部肌肉的有效办法。
Doing sit-ups is an effective way to exercise abdominal muscles.
5.不管天气多么寒冷，我们都要坚持锻炼。
No matter how cold it gets, we must all stick to our exercise routine.
