Chinese Control and Decision Conference (CCDC) is an annual international conference. The 25th Chinese Control and Decision Conference (2013 CCDC) will be held in Guiyang, China in May 25-27, 2013 . Its purpose is to create a forum for scientists, engineers and practitioners throughout the world to present the latest advancement in Control, Decision, Automation, Robotics and Emerging Technologies.
The Proceedings (Papers in English ) of 2013 CCDC will be indexed by ISTP and included in the IEEE Xplore database, as well as indexed by EI Compendex.

Paper Submission:
Please submit full papers describing original work in detail by 15 November 2012. Upon acceptance, authors will be required to register and present their papers. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. The 25th Chinese Control and Decision Conference (2013 CCDC) is the series and will be held in Taiyuan, China in May 2012. Invited Sessions: The Technical Program Committee is soliciting proposals for invited sessions focusing on topics of the conference. Prospective organizers should submit proposals to the Invited Session Chairmen, Professor Zongli Lin via email zl5y@virginia.edu or Professor Yangquan Chen via email yqchen@ece.usu.edu by 15 October 2012.
Zhang Si-Ying (CCDC) Outstanding Youth Paper Award: Selection of the awarded paper will be made based on both the technical content and presentation. The winner will be chosen by the Award Committee comprising of internationally renowned experts in control and decision.
