薄膜禁带宽度计算
1. 由透过率得到吸收系数:α=(-1/d)*ln(T) (d是样品厚度,单位取cm,T是透过率(无量纲),就是透射谱的纵坐标数值,最大是100%)
2. 将波长换为能量 hv(eV)=1240/wavelength(nm)
3. 确定半导体带隙类型,如果是直接带隙: 计算出(α*hv)2(平方)
4. 画出以hv为X轴,(α*hv)2(平方)为Y轴,画出曲线,在函数曲线单调上升的区域,找到接近直线的地方(即斜率最大的地方),作切线
5. 将切线外推和X轴相交,交点即为带隙宽度
但是我的origin图做出来很有问题,完全没有切线可言,不知道怎么回事,请高手指教,薄膜厚度0.00003cm

1、数据里有透射率T大于100%的,不合理。但应该不会太影响结果。
2、材料如果是直接带隙的,以(α*hv)2(平方)为Y轴是对的;若间接带隙应该以(α*hv)1/2 (1/2次方)为Y轴。
3、图中的切线还不错了。我见过比这还差劲的。
