外导的来信，求分析
经过套磁，外导同意给我发邀请信，但是来的邮件是这样的：
Please complete the attached document and return with a financial support letter and a scanned copy of your passport.
Once I receive the information you will receive an email from immigration@gatech.edu to complete information for your J1 visa. It takes approximately 7 business days from the time the information is put in the system. The J1 documents along with an invitation letter will be sent via Federal Express to the address provided by you. Also an email with a scanned copy of the J1 documents and tracking number will be sent.
我明确跟他说了，我想拿邀请信申请CSC资助，结果他要我先发financial support letter，我不太明白，我还没申请CSC，怎么弄financial support letter？
求助各位大侠指点一二！

估计是你写信，外导没看懂
外导以为你有资助了。然后他同意接收你。并给你申请J1签证。
总之，你没让外导明白你的意思。
你现在要做的就是再写信，解释清楚你还没拿到资助，但是你有了他给你写的邀请信后，你就可以申请CSC资助了。
他搞错程序了
你现在还要申请 不是已经有了资助
你之前没有给他讲清楚 怪你自己！！
明确地说你现在还没有得到CSC资助，问外导是否同意你去他那里访学一年。不需要外导掏钱。
只需要外导提供给你邀请信，你拿到他的邀请信后，再向中国政府申请CSC资助。顺利的话，大概明年5月能拿到资助证书。
等明年你拿到资助证书后，再让外导给你申请J1签证，
