Dear Mr (ÎÒ),
I am sorry to answer you with some delay (indeed I receive correctly both your mails), but I was quite busy last week. If you are in contact with (ÎÒµÄѧ½ã), she must have told you that I seldom answer the day I receive a mail, being quite busy and not so well organized.
Regarding the availability of a Ph.D position in my lab next autumn, this should be possible to propose you a Thesis subject and a bench in one of my lab. Of course before taking any decision I would need some recommendation letters of your former teachers... and I should explain to you the way I am supervising a Ph.D thesis, just like I told (ÎÒµÄѧ½ã) last year.
But before everything, I have to say that, as for (ÎÒµÄѧ½ã), I have nor grants available for 2012 at the present time. Of course, it should be possible to answer, once again a CSC call. However, I (and also you) should try to have the information to ascertain that the grant (ÎÒµÄѧ½ã) obtained in 2011 to work under my supervision will not prevent you for obtaining in 2012 another grant in the same lab under the supervision of the same Ph.D mentor. I will ask a chinese colleague of mine, whom I am sure may know the answer, or know where to get it, but do not hesitate to try to find it on you own.
I hope that this answer seems favorable enough and does not discourage you to pursue in this direction.
Very best regards ·µ»ØСľ³æ²é¿´¸ü¶à
