I am glad to hear of this development. Congratulations! This will certainly give you more options to chose a graduate course of study in line with your research interests.

Now, for admission to Tufts, you need to balalalalala.  If you want to be admitted in the S'12 term, the deadline for the application is coming up soon.

A letter with an offer of a doctoral position can come only from our graduate School after your application has been reviewed and rated.  But, If your application is competitive, I can tell you that I will have a place for you in my lab, assuming your scholarship from China is adequate to cover your expenses here in Boston.
