通过用上述农业产业化理论对农八师养羊业发展的优势和制约因素的分析研究，提出了农八师养羊业发展的指导思想、原则和规划布局。针对农八师养羊业发展存在的优势和制约因素提出了相应的政策方向和技术措施，供兵团农八师养羊长远发展规划时参考。
In this paper ,we analysis superiority and restriction factor of NongBaShi feeding sheep by using the theory of agriculture industrialization, we proposed guiding idea、principle and layout，refers to these thoughts development superiority and restriction factor analysis, at the same time puts forward corresponding policy direction and the technical measures, those was reference for  NongBaShi long term development plan，

By passing the above mentioned agricultural industrialization theory forward to the advantage of NongBaShi sheep industries development and restrictive factors with analysis and study, put forward the guiding ideology principle / the layout planning.
