CICC-ITOE 2011 is a leading International Conference on Innovative Computing, Communication, Information Technology,
and Ocean Engineering. Last year, CICC-ITOE 2010 was held in Macao, Jan 30-31, 2010. And, CICC-ITOE 2010 was indexed
by EI Compendex after three months later.
CICC-ITOE 2011 will be published by IEEE, which will be indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP.

信息学会，IEEE 合作主办，会议论文集将由美国IEEE 出版社出版，所有录用的论文将被EI 和ISTP 检索。但所有论文
必须有英文题目，英文摘要和英文参考文选，投稿中文或英文均可。首届CICC-TIOE 2010 会后3 个月EI 检索。
