今天收到一个老外的来信，说要和我寻求合作，问我有没有兴趣。我不知道怎么回复，各位帮忙看看，这个老外到底葫芦里卖的什么药。
  老外的来信见后。这个老外是我目前投到国外的一篇文章的审稿人。是个副教授（associate professor）。因为对他的审稿意见没有看懂，我们相互通过几封email。



Dear  ....,

How is your paper doing? I hope that you could amend it making it
publishable.
Presently, I am in the planning of research projects on ........
triggering processes and the potential modifications that would be induced
by climate change. I was wondering if you were interested in building a
collaboration.
I will be moving to my new laboratory at the University of ....... from
November 1st. From this date on, I will be able to look for collaboration
funding and or travel for us to have a first contact if you are willing to.
