【求助】IP被ACS给封了，怎么处理？
没干啥坏事啊，也没下多少，不到十篇吧，为啥鄙视我呢？USER ALERT: No Access to ACS Publications

还有个办法有必要尝试，Tracks Eraser Pro清除使用痕迹。

清理一下浏览器的COKIE, ACS是使用COKIE封你的IP的, 就是说你自己的计算机封了IP, 所以清理一下就可以了.
ACS对版权要求特严格, 大家最好不要挑战它. 曾经有人被学校找到, 问他为何狂下ACS文献, 就是因为ACS来信询问, 结果是学生自己向ACS写信道歉
