按照这个意思讲，应该是要收费的吧？？？

楼主看的是不是另一个杂志，ECS下属的杂志，journal of electrochemistry 和electrochemical and solid-state letters，这两个杂志是要交版面费的，80刀一页。
我去JOSSE又查了一遍，没有看到收费，而且彩页是免费的。
