十月份开学，对方开始办相关的手续了
前几天小秘发信过来，有这么一段：
Today, I would like to ask you about your CoE.
As you know, you are Chinese government scholarship student, and I would like to know how you obtain CoE and visa to get in Japan.
Would you ask the person in charge how they do in this matter?
Do they take care of your visa matter ?
