NEXAFS: near edge X-ray absorption fine structure
The Kronig near edge structure has been mostly referred to as the X-ray absorption near edge structure, XANES, or the near edge X-ray absorption fine structure, NEXAFS. The term XANES is more commonly used for solids and inorganic complexes while NEXAFS is used more in conjunction with surfaces. In fact, the name NEXAFS was created in part because it rhymes with SEXAFS, the surface version of EXAFS, and it constitutes the first part of a SEXAFS spectrum. Alternatively, one can think of "N" EXAFS as "Not" EXAFS. We use the term NEXAFS specifically for K-shell excitation spectra of low-Z molecules adsorbed on surfaces.

用这个可以测试固体表面聚合物链的螺旋结构吧,比如说13/6螺旋等?
不知道北京哪里可以做这个测试?网上搜了一下也没有查到,呵呵
或者有没有别的简单一些的方法?
我不知道你的聚合物具体是什么东西,EXAFS最多能得到测试原子3、4个壳层的配位信息。北京高能所的同步可以做,不过开的时间太少;现在上海同步今年已建好EXAFS站,你可以试一下申请到那里去做。
EXAFS(包括近边)这个东东在国内可以做的地方很少,北京高能所、合肥同步辐射、上海新光源的站不知道好了没有。
做试验比较简单 数据处理的工作非常麻烦
除非你和做试验的老师关系比较好 让他多教教你
