签证是不需要健康证明的，不用办。

不过体检证书和免疫接种证书在国外有些情况会用到，什么情况具体我就不清清楚了，不过我准备走之前去办一个。

签证不需要，体检的话看学校要求的，如果学校没说就不用去

我申请的学校给我发的文件上其中有这么个内容

其中的 Health records and proof of immunization是不是要我去做体检和接种免疫，
