职位：Associate Director in Protein Production Department蛋白表达纯化部门技术总监
汇报：VP
团队规模：100多人
Job Description:
1. Being responsible to set up the strategy of the department.
2. Being responsible to lay down the plan of department management.
3. Being responsible to perform the daily operation of the department.
4. Providing supervisory and training to senior, associate and assistant scientists.
5. Working with marketing and sales dept. to expand the business relationship with customers.
6. Being responsible to lead research and development of new technology to promote protein services and products.
7. Providing support to senior scientists for major custom projects and internal product development projects.
8. Proactively leading collaborative projects with other departments.
Requirements:
1. A thorough understanding and hand-on experience in protein expression, purification and characterization in E. coli, Yeast, insect cell and mammalian cell systems.
2. Excels in a collaborative work environment, good inter-personal, managerial and leadership skills and strong oral and written communication abilities.
3. The candidate must be bi-lingual, fluent in Chinese and English reading, writing and conversation. Communication skill with foreign customers to discuss the order and progress is required.
Education/Experience Required:
1. A Ph. D. degree in life science or a related field.
2. At least 5 years’ training and relevant experiences in protein biochemistry or related fields.
