1. Another aspect that can be improved is on discussing the suitability of the selected test problems (the DeJong functions) with respect to other papers in the literature. That is, please provide a convincing argument in favour of selecting these test problems for assessing precisely a parameter setting methodology.
2. The aspect that should improve in order to make this paper publishable, is in my opinion, the discussion and comparison to alternative approaches for the same goal and the adequacy of test optimization problems.
