马克思在《1844年经济学哲学手稿》中从资本主义社会的角度阐述了异化劳动现象，目前，在我国的食品加工行业也出现了异化劳动问题，从而导致食品安全问题。可以从异化劳动的“四规定说”来阐述异化劳动在我国食品加工行业出现的原因，并从我国的社会主义制度、政府部门的监管力度、工厂人事管理制度、国外发达国家的经验这四个方面入手，扬弃异化，进而解决食品安全问题。 |

Marx in the economic and philosophical manuscripts of 1844 ", "from the Angle of capitalist society, this paper expounds the labor alienation phenomenon, at present, the food processing industry in our country, there is alienation labor problems, which can lead to food safety problems. Currently, the food processing industry in our country also has the problem stated by Marx, which naturally is a cause of food security concern. We can learn the reasons why the labor alienation phenomenon would appear in the food processing industry from "the four stipulated rules" of the phenomenon itself. Meanwhile, we can take immediately measures through our socialist system, the supervision of government departments, factory personnel management system and the experiences of developed countries so that we can avoid labor alienation and solve the food security concerns successfully. |
