急，大家看看我这审稿意见有戏吗？？

投的TGRS，下面是审稿意见： Associate Editor Comments: The manuscript has been evaluated by two reviewers. Both state that the mansucript has sufficient potential for a future publication in TGRS. There were, however, several issues like the choice of appropriate parameters or the style of presentation which should be addressed and amended in accordance to the reviewer suggestions. Such a revised manuscript will also improve both the relevance and readability for a wider audience. -- Reviewers Comments: Reviewer 1: Please see comments in attached file (review1.pdf). -- Reviewer 2: Section 2 lacks novelty, the work has been done before in the references provided and elsewhere, but this can be justified as part of a review. Equation (17) and following: The author shold note that these assume that the irregularites are infinitely elongated along the y-axis and therefore represent equatorial scintillation only. Text just above equation (20): Strictly speaking, within context, there is no need to assume that the drift velocity is zero, since, if the frozen-in assumption is made, this can just be added to the scanning velocity during the aperture period. English: The English in this paper is good enough to be understood technically, but could be improved for publication. Note that on p7, above eqn 20, thw word "dose" instead of "does" should be corrected. 感觉是有戏，但是我我的帐号是Major Revision 要大修啊！第一个审稿人给的意见也不多。这是什么情况？？请大神帮我分析分析！！！ |
