[½»Á÷] how to sleep well?

come to light,it is important to a good sleep in daily life .but i often have a  sleep of bad quality ,sometimes, i dream  something of strange,which is never exist in the world .the dream is too long so that i could not  sleep well.hiw shoud i do?do you have good ideas?

once i had the same experience like you have now. hehe~~it is very agony. i felt tired during the day while couldn't fall asleep at night. what should i do ???after  thinking over this problem i found i like thinking things when i went to bed. so in order to overcome this, i choose to do two things, one is that do some physical exercises and many work or study during the day and listen English text when i go to sleep. later, i find i sleep well,hehe ~so that maybe a good way~~~

firstly, you should make certain why you can't sleep well, something can't deal well .or just because you always have pressure, just to analy that.and choose tje right solution to solve it.
when i can't sleep well, i will go to bed early, and calm down, to recall some good things. gradually, you will sleep well. i hope it will be good for u. best wishes.

In my opinion, a good mentality should be placed at the first. However, we always get weary for life and work. I agree with what they said, before going to bed, keep clear of the computer, and get your face and feet washed with warm water. Ha, prepare to fall into a good sleep!

Is something bothering you? If it does, you have to solve the problem first, otherwise it would be difficult to get a nice sleep.I would suggetst you before go to bad, write down all the things bothering you in a blank sheet.
If you are under pressure because of work or study, it would be good to listen to some nice and peace music before heading to bed and a cup of hot milk should be helpful. The best tip, I would say make yourself tired. You can do exercise, walk long way. I have tried it does help.
Of course if it is seriously affecting your daily life, you should seek help from doctors.
Wish it would help. Wish you could sleep well tonight.
