once i had the same experience like you have now. hehe~~it is very agony. i felt tired during the day while couldn't fall asleep at night. what should i do ???after thinking over this problem i found i like thinking things when i went to bed. so in order to overcome this, i choose to do two things, one is that do some physical exercises and many work or study during the day and listen English text when i go to sleep. later, i find i sleep well,hehe ~so that maybe a good way~~~ |
