近年来，由于空气质量下降、辛辣饮食及烟酒的刺激，咽喉疾病的发病率有逐年上升趋势，已成为危害人体健康的一大因素。目前，市场上咽喉疾病的治疗药品主要为西药，副作用大，中药品种少。穿心莲具有清热解毒、凉血消肿的功效，有“中药抗菌素”之美誉，在治疗咽喉疾病方面具有广阔的前景，目前尚未有以其为原料的含片上市。为此，本研究以穿心莲为原料，并辅以了哥王药材，将其开发为一种治疗咽喉疾病的药物，剂型选择为能在局部产生较久疗效的口含片。本文对其制备工艺和药效学作了初步研究，以期其开发为一种新药提供试验依据。本论文由五部分组成：
