| 桑枝是桑科植物桑(Morus alba L . )的干燥嫩枝,桑枝性微苦、 平, 归肝经,具有祛风湿、 利关节、 行水之功效, 适用于风寒湿痹、 四肢拘挛、 脚气浮肿之病症[ 1]。临床主要用于治疗肩臂关节及手足酸痛麻木、 风湿痹痛、 瘫痪等[ 2]。现代研究表明黄酮类成分是桑枝的主要有效成分之一,其中含有桑素、 桑色烯、环桑素、 环桑色烯、 桑色素、 桑酮、 二氢桑色素等多种成分, 具有明显的抗氧化、 消炎、 降血脂、 降血压功能[ 3]。近年来黄酮类化合物在医药上的应用越来越引起人们的关注,如何高效地从药用植物中提取天然黄酮类化合物也越来越受到国内外学者的重视。因此本实验通过超声提取法, 采用正交实验设计对桑枝总黄酮的提取工艺进行研究,为桑枝黄酮的进一步开发利用提供参考。 |

| Being the dry shoots of morus alba, Ramulus mori is mildly bitter neutral, and enters the liver by tropism. it has the function of dispelling rheumatism, lubricating joints and alleviating water retention, and is used to treat diseases like wind cold damp arthralgia syndrome , limbs contracture and beriberi edema, etc. it has achieved good clinical result on sore and numb limbs and shoulder, rheumatoid arthritis, and paralysis disease. Modern studies have indicated that the flavonoids are the major effective component of Ramulus mori, the multiple components contained such as桑素、 桑色烯、环桑素、 环桑色烯、 桑色素、 桑酮、 二氢桑色素(这些还是楼主自己翻译吧) perform the obvious functions as antioxidation, anti-inflammatory, lower the blood pressure and blood fat. The utilization of the flavonoids in medicine aroused more pubic attention in recent years, the problem about how to extract efficiently the natural flavonoids from the medicinal plant is darwing more attention of scholars at home and abroad. For this reason, Supersound extraction was adopted in the experiment , the extraction craft of total flavonoids in Ramulus mori is studied by using the orthogonal experimental design, which provids reference for further study and exploitation of Ramulus mori flavonoids . |
