谢谢各位的关注 原文如下 Anhydride Synthesis:The acyl chloride (6.9 mmol) was added to a solution of 20 mL of previously dried benzene and dry pyridine (7.0 mmol) under nitrogen. Stirring was continued until 'a finely divided white precipitate was observed which indicated the formation of the reactive acyl halide-pyridinium complex. The reaction vessel waa placed in an ice bath at -10 oC and the carboxylic acid was added all at once. The temperature of the solution initially increased by ca. 15 oC, but returned to a lower temperature after stirring for an additional 20 min at -10 oC. The reaction mixture was filtered through Celite on a glass frit.
