Ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([C4mim]Cl) was used as a dissolution medium and water as a extraction medium for extraction of Paeonol from dried root of Cynanchun paniculatum(Bye.)Kitag by microwave-assisted extraction. The conditions of MAE including the size of sample, solvent, ionic liquid/solid ratio, extraction power and time were optimized. Under appropriate MAE conditions, the extraction yield can reach high in a short time. The extraction yield by MAE was the same or even higher than conventional extraction methods. MAE only needs 8 min, but Soxhlet extraction extraction at room temperature, heat reflux extraction, ultrasonic extraction and need 24 h, 45 min, 75 min and 90 min, respectively. MAE was also available in pilot plant form for larger scale extraction. 大侠们,帮忙看一下有什么不妥之处 |
