Especially, one-dimensional (1D) nanoscale materials have become the subject of extensive research, owing to its have great potential for investigating the effects of both dimensionality and size in physical properties, and also for application in nanodevices.
老师说这句话有问题,没具体说。急请教各位朋友修改。谢谢,急!

另,of both dimensionality and size可能也有问题(不了解你要表达的意思),可能要改为 dimensionally and sizably
