英文投稿，编辑直接让修改，还有希望不？编辑邮件如下：
Dear
Manuscript ID ****entitled "*****" which you submitted to **** , has been examined by the editors.  

Although the paper is potentially very interesting there is a need for a number of revisions to be made before the paper is sent out to referees.
1) most significantly please go through and ensure that the paper is in the appropriate style for CIT. Also please check expression and spelling.
2) Dallen, J. T.. name is actually Timothy, D. - Dallen is the first name, Timothy the surname - please change
3) please place footnotes in text.
4) 引言部分的切入点需要修改

We would therefore like you to revise your manuscript accordingly. Please also read the information about permissions very carefully; it can be found at http://******and if you have any tables, figures or quotes which need permission, please obtain these and submit copies of the permissions with your revised paper.

Once you have revised your manuscript you will need to log into http://****** and enter your Author Center. Here you will be able to submit your revision by clicking on the purple button marked ‘click here to submit a revision’.  Please note that once you have begun your revision in that way, the purple button will disappear. To return to your revised submission you will need to find it under ‘revised manuscripts in draft’.

You will be required to respond to the comments made by the reviewer(s) in the space provided.  Please use this space to document any changes you make to the original manuscript.

Please upload a revised version of your manuscript within the next six months (before 13-Oct-2012). If you cannot meet this deadline we will have to consider any revision you upload as a new submission.

Your manuscript number will be extended to denote a revision once you have submitted your revised manuscript.

Once again, thank you for submitting your manuscript to Current Issues in Tourism  and we look forward to receiving your revision.

看起来是大修，编辑认为楼主的文章有新意，但是还有些问题需要修改，修改到位才会送审，给了6个月的修改时间。楼主要做的是按照编辑的要求修改格式，要求如下：
1、检查全文，看有没有按照作者指南的要求设置文本的格式，同时检查拼写和用法
2. Dallen, J. T.. 姓名颠倒了，应该是Timothy, D.
3、文中要设置脚注

按照编辑和审稿专家的意见仔细修改，认真回复，希望很大，祝福楼主

修改完应该是要送审的

这个是还没送审之前给你发的吗？不是审完后发给你的吗？
