Under the guidance of chief physician, I am responsible for medical, teaching and research activities, as well as prevention work in our department within a certain range. I will be on duty in addition to participating in outpatient, consultation, and on calls. I will monitor the changes of patients' condition and treat them in a timely manner. I will also organize all the physicians in this group to learn and take the advantages of the advanced medical science and technology, and develop new technologies and therapies, as well as conduct scientific research. Moreover, I will be responsible for clinical teaching and guiding of the training doctors and interns, so on and so forth.
