按句子结构应该是这个意思，不过的确费解。供LZ参考一下吧。
专业词百度了一下，Springer有一本书应该你也能看到Pathobiology of Cancer Regimen-Related Toxicities，简介第一句话就是Toxicities have been consistent undesirable companions of every form of radiation and drug cancer treatment regimens.
所以regimen-related toxicity应该是指伴随药物和化疗而来的毒性吧。
